I Love This Guy!

I would like to do a little spotlight to honor someone very special to me, my Dad!

Valan Lee Averett what a guy!

What you need to know about him, besides the fact that he is the best.

He's an avid golfer. I have so many memories of us golfing together
(he golfs and I drive the chart) ...we actually went this past Friday.


He's an amazing chef. We love watching the show Chopped on the Food Network. If something goes array in the kitchen we always yell, "You've been chopped!"

He loves his sunglasses and he owns way too many.
He's a great hubby to Merilee. He sets the bar high for the boys I date.

He loves his family. He is selfless and kind.

And more than anything, He is loved!



P.S. who doesn't love a guy that kills weeds like this? That's fire people! Those weeds didn't stand a chance.

Fish killer

So I'm home for the summer and I L-O-V-E it! that's love in caps people, I really love being at home and out of school.

I would now like to recap the last two weeks:

Got a job- which is amazing! the fact that I now have a job, last year I sat on my butt and gained 5 pound. I work at a place called Gadget Guard

Bought an Oprah replacement- four actually. three guppies and one frog.


ALL three guppies die. WHAT THE!?!...frog is still kicking, bless him. his name is phil.

Continue to work full time and NOT clean my room.

So that sums up the last two weeks of my life.

But I'm oober excited about tomorrow/weekend because me, frousin and Serah are going to get profess massages! I've never received one before.. I'm a tad nervice to have someone all up in my buisness. I'm sure it'll be great (nervice giggle).
