a little bit of arika

I’ve seen quite a few blogs that do something called Awkward Mon/Tues/Thurs and usually I refrain from being trendy but today was just too jam packed with awkwardness to pass up.

So here is my

Awkward Thursday

1.Wearing my hair in a ponytail because I was too lazy to wash it. You may be wondering why this is so awkward. Well its not but it definitely makes having only one earring a heck of a lot more noticeable.

2.Having to wear a dress to a PE class because I have yet to do my laundry. I looked freaking cute might I add.

3.Running out the door to catch the fast approaching bus, only then realizing said dress is a tad see through. Dang I should have worn a slip.

4.Getting to swim class and realizing I forgot to shave my pits because I was too lazy to wash my hair and shower that morning.

5.Having gigantic purple and green bruises (yes, that is plural) on my upper thigh. I’m sure people thought I was a freak or a victim of some kind of abuse. Awkward thing is I have no idea how I got them so I couldn't give any one an explanation.

6.Deciding to walk home because it’s a beautiful day…. Gust of wind and I was blessed with my very own Marilyn Monroe scene with plenty around to witness. (You know which one I’m talking about?)

7.Getting to my apartment and practically breaking my nose by trying to open a locked door….. yep, locked out.

It's only 4 o'clock so there is still plenty of time for even more awkwardness. JOY!

This all sounds pretty miserably but I was and still am in a very good mood
